Search Tips

When searching for a property, try using a minimal amount of information to start. For example,
if you know the property is located on Maple Valley Lane, try typing “Maple” into the location box,
then press the enter key, or the search button. All streets that have Maple in the database will show up,
and you can scroll to the property you are looking for. The same situation may help when searching for a
last name under owner. For example if you are looking for Smithsonian, you can type “Smith” and all
names that start with or include Smith, will show up.
